Panic quickly turned to calm. We discovered our newly (fully) renovated home was saturated in moisture in our crawlspace due to a lack of proper ventilated airflow. We discovered this because our new interior floors were buckling due to the heavy satuation of moisture in the supporting wood structures of the crawlspace. We called a couple of companies for crawlspace evaluation quotes and ONLY Allpro responded to our inquiry call the same day AND came out to the home the very next day. Calvin (the owner) quickly and professionally assessed the situation and clearly reviewed our options and what we could expect from each option. Once we gave Allpro "the go", they actually began the work on a Sunday in order to get the job completed in-between scheduled vacationing guests paying to stay in the home. Calvin was in constant communication, asked questions, sought approval before assuming additional work, explained details of progress throughout the job and took photos of the completed job (which was a big one)!
